Brian Hull is a product and advertising design leader with 20+ years of experience building award-winning work across emerging technology, brand storytelling, and creative systems. He specializes in creating AI-driven platforms and data-informed experiences that help brands innovate, grow, and perform.
For the past 11+ years, as VP and Head of Global Creative Labs at The Weather Company, including during its IBM ownership, Brian has led teams through two major acquisitions while developing next-generation premium advertising and product solutions that drive measurable business results and elevate creative performance. His work has generated multiple patents, industry awards, and more than $500M in revenue at profit margins exceeding 50%.
Earlier in his career, Brian held executive roles at Questus, Grey, and Organic, where he led global campaigns, new business growth, and digital transformation initiatives for brands including P&G, Kimberly-Clark, Bank of America, Starbucks, the NFL, and Capital One.
