Oracle: Customer Experience (CX) NYC Interactive Launch Event

After six years of R&D and seven strategic acquisitions, Oracle introduced its Customer Experience (CX) suite—an integrated platform for cross-channel engagement, fulfillment, and service. Oracle tapped Brian as the new business and creative strategy lead for a high-profile launch event at Gotham Hall in NYC to bring the product vision to life. Collaborating with Tomas Siedleczka and Control Group, the team delivered an immersive brand experience featuring interactive demos and keynotes from Oracle President Mark Hurd, Gary Vaynerchuk, Guy Kawasaki, and others.

The Launch Event

The event featured eight personalized interactive touchscreen displays with fully actionable video content, polls, quizzes, near-instant content delivery, infographic display, product demos, consumer and industry leader interviews, social media, web, e-CRM, and iPad application integration for post-event CRM and lead generation.

Building the Experience Framework

Brian was tasked with creating a modern experiential event that started by sketching an immersive touchscreen experience that utilized RFID cards to activate and capture each attendee’s personalized experience. The data was displayed in real-time infographics during the event, which enabled relevant lead generation with post-event e-CRM efforts. After presenting the sketch, the team moved into wireframes that detailed the user experience, kiosk interface and documentation of the on-site iPad, and network data capture.
