J.M. Smucker Co.: Omnichannel AOR for America’s Favorite Food Brand

J.M. Smucker Co. is a Fortune 500 food company with more than 40 iconic brands across CPG categories.

In 2010, Brian returned to Grey’s G2 to lead the strategic vision and digital experience design for Smucker’s full portfolio of brands. As digital AOR, Brian and his team developed marketplace platforms, integrated campaigns, and omnichannel content that connected with families across every screen and store shelf.

In addition to digital, Brian led integrated initiatives spanning television, print, in-store, packaging, branded entertainment, and experiential activations. The work included beloved brands such as Jif, Pillsbury, Uncrustables, Eagle Brand, Crisco, Martha White, Snack’n Waffles, and Hungry Jack.
