About

VP, Global Head of Creative Labs @ The Weather Channel, IBM & The Weather Company

Brian Hull is a seasoned creative executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering award-winning solutions. He has successfully led teams through two major acquisitions—first integrating The Weather Channel’s Creative Lab into IBM in 2016 and, more recently, restructuring the team following IBM’s divestiture to Francisco Partners in 2024.

Before that, Brian held executive roles at Questus, Grey, and Organic. At Organic, he led AOR initiatives for Chrysler-owned automotive brands and helped expand the agency’s footprint in CPG, securing global contracts for Kimberly-Clark and P&G. He also pioneered early social media engagement strategies for Bank of America’s global America’s Cheer campaign during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. At Grey and Questus, he helped drive new business growth and led award-winning global campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, including Hertz, Campbell’s, the NFL, Starbucks, NBC Universal, and Capital One.

As Global Head of Creative Labs at The Weather Company, Brian focuses on building AI- and data-driven solutions that transform consumer experiences, deliver measurable results, and empower teams to do the best work of their careers for many of the world’s largest and most iconic brands.
